Behind Piccadilly Warehouse is an experienced team that previously built the reputation of Beech Holdings, delivering more than 1,000 residential apartments across Manchester.
Much of that experience was built through the conversion and redevelopment of existing buildings, understanding how to retain character where it matters while creating homes designed for contemporary city living.
With more than 20 years of experience across development, lettings and property management, the team has worked with investors through the full ownership journey, from purchase through to day-to-day operation.
